Doctoral Research Fellow Visits the Trustworthy AI Lab
We have had the pleasure of having Marieke van Otterdijk, a Doctoral Research Fellow from the Centre for Interdisciplinary Studies in Rhythm, Time and Motion at the University of Oslo join us over the past fortnight.
During Marieke’s visit, she presented her research in Human-Robot Interaction, pupilometry, user studies, and intutitive decision-making, the latter of which span up a collaboration. Marieke said “it was a great opportunity to collaborate with academics at Ontario Tech in formulating an architecture for initutive decision-making, I hope that through this collaboration we have taken steps toward the development of an often overlooked aspect of human cognition”.
It was a pleasure to host you Marieke, we hope you had a great and productive time, and we hope to see you again soon!
